These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Daily Bouquets.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. Please note that by using this website you will be bound by the terms, conditions and disclaimers and limitations on liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
Only one style of flowers per size is available on any given day with a limited amount each day. Because I buy fresh flowers each day for orders taken prior to 10am, you will be receiving the freshest flowers available.
When ordering for another day you accept that you will be getting a surprise arrangement of quality flowers.
Days of operation
Daily Bouquets operates Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY. No weekends or Public Holidays or over the Christmas period New Year week. If Bouquets are booked for weekends or public holidays they will be delivered on the next working day.
Delivery times between 11am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday by arrangement.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS FLOWERS CAN BE DELIVERED ON WEEKENDS.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include delivery – visible on the Home page.
We only accept payments via PayPal’s secure payment gateway. If you don’t have an account you can still use a credit/debit card to make payment via this method by entering your details. If you have a Pay Pal account you may pay with whatever method you have set up on your account.
The information we receive from you will be unavailable to anyone else. It includes your name and contact details, the billing address and payment details, the recipient name, message and delivery address.
Payment will need to be confirmed before the flowers are sent.
You should receive a message on screen confirming your order once your payment has gone through, as well as a confirmation email to say that your order has been processed. If you don’t receive any or both of the above, there may have been a problem with processing your order so please contact us immediately.
Warranties refunds and cancellations
If you change your mind on the day of delivery we cannot offer a refund. If on the day you order you want to change the date of delivery just call or email us and we can accommodate.
Please make sure the delivery address is correct- it’s your responsibility. We can redeliver but at an additional cost to you.

You should expect your flowers to last at least 5-14 days except with extreme spikes in temperature. If its a bouquet, undo the wrapping and recut stems on an angle and place in a vase of lukewarm water. If an arrangement after 4 days our a small cup of water carefully into the foam at the back. ENJOY.
Change the water after 3 days and recut stems at an angle. This gives the stems more area to take up water and stay fresh for longer.
